I sent new work to the Museum of Contemporary Craft sales gallery yesterday. I have a problem, and that is that I make too many pieces I want to keep. I can't really make money if I don't sell my work. I think its ok to keep some pieces, pieces to enter in exhibitions, or pieces that have some special meaning to me, like this ring:

It was the first of my aluminum pieces, and it was also the first thing I made in grad school, so I think its ok that I dont want to sell it. But there are a lot of other pieces I don't want to sell. Actually I don't want to sell most of what I make. But I have to if I want to be able to continue making it.
